RIA/TASS sources: query filter on RSS title and description
The README states that for additional sources, including RIA and TASS, items are filtered by whether the query appears in the RSS item title or description.
Wide national feeds can be noisy; this keeps the stream closer to your topic without claiming extra “AI semantics” in the product.
Keywords and schedule
NewsPulse also uses keywords in settings and a main schedule query (which may be empty so only enabled keywords apply). Verify the exact combination in your admin UI.
